All sales are FINAL. We will however exchange pieces if item(s) is purchased in person, the day of purchase. (Some restrictions apply, see below for details).

If your item is defective or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

The exchange must be requested the day of the purchase, in person. All shipped sales are FINAL.

Include a note in your exchange noting the defect or incorrect item that you would like corrected. 

You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. Afrikan World Art will cover the cost of shipping out your new piece back to you.
